Gameplay Changes:
- Implemented tank gun accuracy (affected by gunner level)
- Implemented ammo accuracy (affected by gun accuracy)
- Implemented covers (can't shoot through) and obstacles (can't drive through)
- Added map covers: concrete wall, bunker, barrel, sandbags, hangar roof, rocks
- Added map obstacles: tank trap
